Limited Lifetime Warranty
GRK Canada Ltd. ("GRK") warrants to the first retail purchaser that its
Climatek coated and PHEinox stainless steel screws will not rust under
normal environmental conditions when used in accordance with the
recommendations listed in GRK's Screw Selection
Guide.
This warranty
is not transferable.
The warranty is limited to the replacement of defective screws only.
It does not cover damage as a result from alteration, accident, misuse,
neglect, reuse, or use not in accordance with the Screw Selection Guide.
To obtain service under this warranty, the original purchaser must return
defective screws and purchase receipt from the retailer at which the
screws were bought to GRK Canada Ltd., 1499 Rosslyn Road, Thunder Bay,
Ontario, Canada, P7E 6W1. Replacement screws for covered defective
screws will be shipped to original purchaser at GRK's expense.
